Loved loved the salsa, the pico, the white queso cheese dip and both entrees! Carne asada with rice and beans AND Tequila Fiesta chicken ! Only wish they had fountain Coke products [ they have can soda].
I absolutely love this place. The food is very delicious and authentic. The owner is Ana and she is extremely nice. All of the employees were very friendly. I highly recommend enjoying a high-quality margarita. My preference was lime. I also recommend the fajitas and taco salad. This place has a very warm homey feeling and family friendly. The prices are very reasonable and I highly recommend visiting this restaurant. I consider it a gym in the downtown area of Mount Pleasant, Iowa.

Traveling through town from Texas and looking for mexican food. Found this great little restaurant. Food was great with generous portions at reasonable prices. Staff and owner were very friendly and we enjoyed the meal and visit.
Beautifully handled painted walls. Service was quick & the food looked appealing. Menu is easy to read & food was delicious! Although far from home, we'll make a point to go again. Open until 8pm.
I took my mother, son, DIL and grands for dinner on a Friday night. The place was pretty busy and rightfully so. The service was outstanding, the drinks were very good and on time. The food was excellent!! I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely be back!!
First time here. Excellent atmosphere, very clean and well-lit. Real cloth table coverings, excellent salsa to go with the fresh chips. Ice water is fantastic, no strange flavors. Lunch menu is great, we got a chicken chimichanga and a beef chimichanga, and a "Tony's Lunch Special" that was seasoned grilled chicken breast, over rice, with black beans, corn, and chunks of avocado with some queso on the side. All were delicious, beautiful presentation. The chicken chimi had shredded chicken, with no fillers. The beef chimi was all ground beef, and well seasoned too. We will definitely come back.
